How much does Run My Club cost?

$149.99 per month, on a minimum twelve month subscription that auto-renews. One price for the whole club — every module, unlimited teams, players and committee logins.

Why a twelve month minimum?

A club's data only makes sense across a full season. The twelve month term means your contracts, cap figures, votes and financials cover the whole year and can be archived cleanly at the end of it.

Can other clubs see our data?

Accepted Answer

No. Every club gets its own workspace and every record is locked to your club at the database level. Committee members only ever see the club they belong to.

Who at the club can have a login?

Accepted Answer

As many people as you need — committee members, coaches, the treasurer, the club manager. The club owner controls who gets access and what role they hold.

Does it integrate with our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Xero, PlayHQ, Square and TryBooking can pull data straight in, and income, expenses, sponsorship, cap spend and bar stock are calculated live from what you already track in the app. Bank balances and other accounting figures can be entered as a manual snapshot, or copied across from Xero or similar, or as a live feed. If there's another system you'd like connected, just let us know and we'll build the integration for you.

What happens at the end of a season?

Archive the season under a year label. It freezes a point-in-time copy of contracts, votes, minutes, roster, teams, staff, points and stocktake, without clearing or changing your live working data.

Can we sell memberships and event tickets through the app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Memberships module tracks types, sales and outstanding money. The Events module manages attendees, budgets and who has paid. Actual payments are recorded and tracked in the app; you can export the details to process them through your existing bank or payment provider.

Can we cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time to stop the subscription renewing after your twelve month term. If you cancel before the term ends, the remaining months are charged as an early-termination fee. Your data stays available to you through the end of the paid period.
